Let’s explore the exciting water pools and waterfalls in Oman.

Please require that you will require to carry your passport and procure Oman visa. Oman visa is free for valid GCC residents and for most nationalities at the border. if you wish you can procure a prior visa at https://evisa.rop.gov.om/.

Trip: Pools and Waterfalls of Oman
When: Sat 23rd Sep 2023 09.00 AM to Sun 24th Sep 06.00 PM (2 Days, 1 night)
Where: Buraimi Area, Oman
Difficulty Level: Beginner. Suitable for Families and children above 10 Years.
Trip Details: With weather becoming better, we venture into Oman to experience this beautiful Waterfall and Pools during the day, followed by overnight camping at a beautiful hill plateau. This is a relaxing trip not far from the AlAin border and drive time is minimal.
Contribution: AED 150/- per person. Children below 10 are free.
Plan:
· Leave Dubai Saturday Morning and enter Oman via one of AlAin borders and reach our destimation within 1 hour of crossing into Oman.
· Enjoy in the Pools and Waterfall, have leasurly lunch/snacks there.
– Wind up at the pools by late afternoon and drive up the hill to our camping spot and settle down at the campsite before sunset.
– Sunday morning have relaxed breakfast, do a short hike along the water channel before it gets too hot.
– Wind up the camp and enter back into the UAE by afternoon.

Preparation:

1. This is a 2 day event with overnight camping. Therefore all the preparation for 2 day/ 1 night camping trip is required.
2. Suitable water activity clothes and water sandles/slippers.
3. Suitable hiking clothes (Full sleeve shirt/Top and full pants are always recommended)
4. Camping gear.
5. Food and beverages for full trip for you and your group.
6. Passport, Omani car insurance
7. First Aid pack

Transportation: Your own transportation. A 4×4 or cross over is required to reach the camping spot. If you come in a sedan car, we can park it where the offroad track starts and do the final few hundred meters in 4×4 cars.
In case you do not have a transportation, please contact the organizers and we may be able to arrange something.
Inclusions:

1. overall lead, guidance, support and directions for the event, including for camping and hike

Exclusions:

1. Food and drinks for the event – its a self catering event
2. Transportation, it’s a self driving event, however, we can arrange a car pool for you for an additional contribution.
3. Any other gear or equipment.
4. Oman Visa/ UAE exit fee, as applicable
